How does it work?

1. Scan the QR code on the sculpture
2. Your phone opens the Look@ web app (no download needed)

4. Position yourself using the on-screen guide
5. Take your photo
6. Get your photo via email or download it directly

Do I need to download an app?

Look@ works directly in your phone’s browser. Just scan the QR code and you’re good to go.

What devices are supported?

Most modern smartphones work well, including iPhones and Android devices with updated browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Very old phones or outdated browsers may have limited functionality.

User Experience

Why does the sculpture ask for camera access?

Camera access is needed so you can see yourself on screen, line up your shot, and take the photo. Your camera is only used during the photo experience.

Why does my phone connect to the Look@ Wi-Fi?

Some sculptures create a temporary local Wi-Fi connection to display a live preview and
ensure the photo capture works smoothly. This Wi-Fi is only used for the experience and
does not access your personal data.

Why does the preview image look low quality?

The live preview is optimized for speed and performance. Your final photo is captured and
processed in higher quality after you take it.

Where should I stand?

Stand in front of the sculpture and use the on-screen guides or overlay to position yourself
correctly. Staying within the marked area ensures the best results.

Can more than one person be in the photo?

That depends on the specific sculpture and overlay. Some are designed for one person,
others allow multiple people if they fit within the frame.

Can children use Look@ Sculptures?

Children under the applicable age of consent (typically under 13 in the US or under 16 in
the EU) should use the sculptures only under adult supervision.

Can I wear glasses, hats, or accessories?

Yes. Just keep in mind that large accessories may block parts of the overlay or your face
depending on the design.

How should I position myself?

Use the on-screen guides or overlay to line yourself up. For best results:

• Stand at the recommended distance
• Face the sculpture directly
• Avoid harsh backlighting when possible

Can I retake my photo?

Yes! You’ll usually have the option to retake your photo before confirming it. Availability may depend on the location and how busy the sculpture is.

Can I use the sculpture more than once?

In most cases, yes. However, during busy times there may be limits so everyone gets a turn.

Why does the preview look low quality?

The preview is optimized for speed so you can pose easily. Your final photo is captured at a
higher quality and processed after you take it.

How do I receive my photo?

You’ll usually be asked to enter your email address. Your photo will be sent to you shortly after capture. In some locations, you can also download it directly on the spot.

How long does it take to receive my photo?

Most photos arrive within a few minutes. In busy locations or with slower internet, it may take a bit longer.

I didn’t receive my email - what should I do?

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Make sure the email address was typed correctly
• If needed, try entering your email again.
